We are a small family farm in the heart of Mid Suffolk, farming for four generations. We have been producing Traditional Christmas turkeys and chickens for over 60 years, supplying butchers, restaurants, farm shops in the local area, business Christmas gifts and a large number of retail customers, who collect from the farm.
We have both Traditional Bronze Turkeys and Farm Fresh White Turkeys, together with Traditional Chickens.
All our birds are slow growing breeds which are fed on our home grown cereals and traditionally reared in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. The birds are all prepared on the farm, where they are dry plucked by hand and carefully stored under refrigeration for at least 7 – 10 days, to ensure maximum flavour and texture.
