ORDER
The contract will be between us, Turnbull Turkeys and you, the customer. We will be unable to accept the order:
- if the product you ordered is unavailable, you will be notified and a refund given or alternative product offered
- if we are unable to process the payment, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified and the contract will be void.
- in any event or circumstance beyond our control, we may have to cancel the order, a refund will be given of the monies paid.
AVAILABILITY
We will hopefully have enough stock to satisfy all our orders, but if we are unable to meet the order requirements you paid for, we will inform you via email, to offer either a refund or an alternative product.
CANCELLATION
We are unable to accept a cancellation of any orders after 48 hours of placing your order. Notice must be given via email to turnbullturkeys@outlook.com. The order must be paid in full and no refunds will be given after this time.
